|Q. What is an e-Statement or paperless statement?
A. The e-Statements service allows you online access to your account statement(s) that you would normally receive by mail.Q. How do I enroll?
A. You can enroll in one of three locations on our website, once you are logged in:
- Register for e-statements button, located in the left navigation bar
- Account News, located at the top of the Welcome Page
- Maintenance-My Profile, located in the left navigation bar
Q. After I enroll, when will I receive my first paperless statement?
A. You will receive your first paperless statement within 2 billing periods.
Q. I registered for e-Statements, why am I still getting a paper statement?
A. You will receive a paper statement in the mail for one month following the date that you registered for e-Statements. Additionally, you will also receive a paper statement if you are more than 30 days past due on a payment as a friendly payment reminder. To confirm you are enrolled in e-Statements, login to your account and select My Profile.
Q. How will I know when my e-Statement is available?
A. You will receive an e-mail from WFNNB/Victoria’s Secret Credit Card notifying you that your statement is ready to view. The e-mail will contain a link that allows you to securely click through and log into your account.
Q. How many statements do I have access to view?
A. You have access to the most current billing month and the two previous calendar months.
Q. Can I choose to receive both an e-Statement AND a paper statement?
A. If you select to receive e-Statements, your next statement will be sent by mail and will also be available online. After that, you will no longer receive a paper statement by mail.
Q. If I change my mind, can I switch back to getting a paper statement?
A. Yes, this is a selection that is up to you. Change your selection, by editing your preference under Maintenance –> My Profile –> “e-Statements.”
Q. If I lose my statement, how do I go about getting a copy?
A. You can access up to two previous calendar monthly statements online. Choose which month you need and click the icon titled “Printable Version.” If you need a copy that precedes the two previous months, please visit the CONTACT US page to reach our customer service center.
