Q. What information will I need to provide when making an online payment?
A. If this is the first time making an online payment, please read and agree to the Online Bill Payment Terms and Conditions. You will also need to enter your checking account information, including your routing number, from which your online payments will be withdrawn. For your convenience, your bank account information will be saved online for future payment(s) and may be edited by you at any time.

Q. Can I make an online payment from a bank outside of the United States?
A. No, online payments are only accepted through a United States bank account.

Q. When will my online payment be withdrawn from my bank account?
A. When using the Pay Today service your payment will be processed with today’s date. All payments processed may take up to two business days to complete the funds transfer from your bank. Upon successful transfer, a debit from your checking account and a payment to your Victoria’s Secret Credit Card Account will be applied.

Q. Is there a fee to make online payments?
A. If you choose to use the Pay Today service, a fee will be applied to your Victoria’s Secret Credit Card Account. However, if you are using the Pay Next Day service, you will not be charged a fee. Please see the On-Line Bill Payment Access User Agreement for more information regarding fees.

Q. How soon will my online payment update my available credit?
A. Your available credit will be adjusted the next business day following the date your online payment is processed.

Q. How does the Pay Today service work?
A. The Pay Today service ensures your payment will be processed with today’s date if your payment is entered prior to midnight Eastern time. There is a fee for this service. All payments processed may take up to two business days to complete the funds transfer from your bank. This includes a debit from your checking account and your payment being applied to your Victoria’s Secret Credit Card Account. The Pay Today online service is available 365 days a year including weekends and holidays.

Q. If I want to use the Pay Today service to pay off my balance, should I include the fee with my payment?
A. Yes, if you would like to pay off your balance, please include the fee with your total balance due to ensure a zero balance. If you do not include the fee, this amount will be added to your balance and will show on future statements.

Q. If my payment is due today and I use the Pay Today service, will my payment be processed with today’s date?
A. Yes, if you submit your payment request prior to midnight Eastern time, your payment will be processed with today’s date. It may take up to two business days to complete the funds transfer from your bank.

Q. How does the Pay Next Day service work?
A. If you choose to use the Pay Next Day service, your payment will be processed on the date specified. There is no charge for this service.

Q. Can I use the online payment service on weekends and holidays?
A. Yes, both Pay Today and Pay Next Day services are available 365 days a year including weekends and holidays.

Q. Can I schedule when I want my online payment to be withdrawn?
A. A payment may be scheduled using the Pay Today or Pay Next Day service only.
